Mo Hops Mo Problems is a West Coast style hop bursted IPA. A clean and dry Malt profile allow generous quantities of Nugget, El Dorado, and Citra hops to be the main event.
This beer utilizes a technique called "hop bursting" in which the majority of the hops are added in the last 15 minutes of the boil as opposed to early in the boil like most styles of beer. The result is less bitter, grassy flavors, and more clean, fresh, citrus-like flavors and aromas.
Hopped at a rate of 3 LBS/ bbl.
