On Earth Day and every other day we're making an effort to reduce our footprint. In addition to new Trail Beer cans (sans wrap) coming out soon, we've also registered our pubs as official PakTech recycling center. Currently, most city recycling agencies do not accept these carriers in curb-side recycling bins. So bring in your old PakTech carriers to 10 Barrel and we will ship them to a facility that can process them. Bring in 5 carriers (or more) today and we'll give you one of these new re-useable totes. Happy #EarthDay!

Would you take a pow day over 8 hours in a cubicle? Busy climbing your local crag over the corporate ladder? These are the priorities and balance in life that was the inspiration in creating Joe, a bright citrusy hop forward IPA created for those looking to get after it. Yeah, Joe’s made with only the most choice hops. (Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic to be exact.)
Cucumber Crush

Once again 10 Barrel gets fresh! Tonya took her award winning Berliner Weisse and added loads of cucumber flavor. The aroma is undeniably cucumber. The flavor is like biting into a crisp baby cucumber fresh from the garden. Just when you have had enough the tartness acts as a pallet cleanser leaving you ready for the next sip. Eat Beer! 5% ABV 17 IBU
Pray for Snow
Style: Winter Ale
ABV: 7.6%
IBUs: 37
# Ratings: 28,507
Score: 3.54
This delicately balanced Strong Ale starts with dark copper color mixed with slight reddish hues and a light tan head. Big malty aroma with a Munich character give way to a slight caramel & toffee mixed with spicy noble hop aroma, all wrapped together with a medium-bodied mouth feel. German malt flavor profile with slight roasty notes give Pray for Snow a subtle toffee sweetness balanced with spicy hop bitterness and slight alcohol warming. Served appropriately in a classic snifter.
Raspberry Sour Crush
Style: Sour - Fruited
ABV: 6.5%
IBUs: 40
# Ratings: 19,862
Score: 3.83
Acidulated white wheat, raspberries and an inoculation of lactobacillus in the fermenter give this American ale its tart, fruity taste. Low hop levels let the special sour flavors dominate, and rice syrup helps yield a particularly light finish and body. This is a real summer refresher.
S1NIST0R Black Ale
Style: Schwarzbier
ABV: 5.7%
IBUs: 28
# Ratings: 18,278
Score: 3.67
We craft our S1NIST0R Black Ale using a special German dehusked black malt that is free of astringency, giving the beer a rich black color without the traditional dark beer characteristics. You will notice subtle hints of chocolate with an easy drinking balance on the back end. In the glass the dark color may look intimidating to some, but don't let this beer fool you. Our unique combination of malts creates a very light body and smooth finish.

You can taste the craftsmanship in this easy drinking ale with a smooth blend of Cascade and Sterling hops and finished with a touch of Honey malt to balance it out.
