7 Hills Brewing Company is an independent group of friends that are passionate about good brews, good food and good times. This brand new microbrewery is located the historic Millwork District in Dubuque Iowa. We plan distribute our great brews to local bars, venues and stores. We just finished with the construction phase, and it's been quite a challenge converting a garage into a microbrewery with tasting room and restaurant while keeping it historically accurate. We're starting from scratch which is fun and exciting.

ABV: 7.0%

Huge hop aroma and flavor, that was the only goal in the design of this West Coast style IPA. Over 1 lbs./ barrel of Simcoe and Citra Hops in the boil and over 2 lbs./ barrel in our re-circulating hop back dry hopping process give this beer some serious street cred. Once bitten, victims suffer from severe perma-grin, chronic highfiveitis, and epic hop headedness. Have a great Uber….

And there came the scarlet tart American Wild Ale, which bore pineapple and vanilla, and talked with me saying "come hither I will show unto thee the fornication of Montmorency cherries, bacteria and yeast in thy white oak foeder." So she carried me away in it's pleasant heat full of complex mystery and tannic idolatry. Aged 10.5 Months in American Foeder and Brewed with 500 lbs of Door County, Wisconsin cherries. Light session-able but still quite juicy, this smash highlights the mosaic hop. A very floral nose and a apricot and tangerine finish. Whoever thought Three Men couldn't be delicate enough to use this hop is mistaken, but we will say there's nothing delicate about the amount of late addition mosaics in this beer!

If I’m so bad, How come my conscience is so clean?! A traditional Mexican lager modernized with hand zested lime and just enough lime juice to not garnish, or do garnish... Your choice, we don’t wall up your decision on the garnish. Acidity from the lime juice cuts through the sweetness of the corn and zest making it quite crushable for Summer months. But enjoy responsibly.... Or not? This is America.
