Off the back of our launch into the US last year, we've partnered with our mates, Golden Road Brewing to bring you our first release of 2020! Brewed on the same day in Sydney & LA and using the same recipe, Dingo Pup is a Trans-pacific Pale Ale hopped with Australian Galaxy and American El Dorado. This hazy little number offers juicy, candy-like watermelon & bubblegum characteristics. Our version will be available as a limited release across Australia, whilst Golden Road's version will be available as a limited release across California. 5% ABV | 33 IBU

We really, really love good beer.

Our goal is to introduce people who have never experienced such flavours & aromas, to beer – & turn them into beer lovers who have a genuine appreciation for how good it can be!

According to Australian law we are required to comply with responsible drinking - something that we fully agree with and endorse. We want everyone of legal age to enjoy good beer, but in a fun responsible manner.
We make beer for one reason; well, several reasons. But one of them is for enjoyment. We don’t make beer so people can get pissed and do stupid things. No one likes a drunk. You’re better than that.

It’s summer and the sweltering heat has well and truly kicked in. Your mouth parched with dryness, life sticks its sun burnt hand out to give you lemons. You’ve got two choices; take the lemons & bake a delicious gluten free tart that will have cousin Jess raving about your recipe for years. Or, turn around, smash life in the face with a grapefruit and tell him he’s fired. A choice two inspired XPL, bursting with ruby red grapefruit and a citrusy bitterness, all beautifully balanced by sweet malt and a light refreshing body.

A beer with a soul so soft it melts inside you, dancing from tastebud to tastebud before slipping softly down your throat & taking you to pleasure town. Coconut roasted to sounds of Marvin Gaye & cherries macerated until they’re hot just like an oven. If when you get that feeling, and you want some healing, then this is your beer & yours alone. Let’s get down tonight, with Cherry Coconut Brown Ale – I can’t hold it much longer.

From Genghis Khan, the Aztecs or Romans to Colonial Brits; we wouldn’t be where we are today without Imperialism. For many, this wasn’t cool. What is cool is this IPA; a style imperialised to perfection. After chewing your way through a fat malty body you’ll be smacked in the face by a dogged bitterness. Aggressive pineapple & tropical aromas ascending from new world hop varieties will see you pleading for a super hopped new world order.

Big Brekky Porter, bringing the spectacle back to brekky. Like the days when you’d race your brother to the table to smash multiple Weetbix and be crowned the grand champion amidst an arena lined with cereal legends. Rediscover the child within with a gob full of Milo, joined by Weetbix and lactose coming together nostalgically in a smooth, choc-malt beer. This is the bottle release. The Brekky Porter at 5%ABV is available on tap only.

Brewed with a holy purpose, this beer packs a punch so strong that Beelzebub himself drops to the floor and quivers at the mere sight of it. Double the strength of some of the earliest Bocks and with a toasty nut-like character, this beer can sustain a monk through months of fasting-with enough hop character from contemporary hops to smother the fires of Hades. The monks of old believed that liquids cleansed the body and the soul. Amen brothers and sisters, redemption is here.

Hidden in the midst, tantalizing the senses with the mystery of a palette born straight out of a passion so deep, few dare to seek it. So dark, the darkness is double. What is black times two? It’s a mystery, & in this mystery, a light shines clear – the light of chocolate roasted carafa malt, boosted up towards the citrus shine of lemon & grapefruit from classic hops of the pacific north west. Where the dark is darkest. Come out of the shadows; double Cascadian dark ale.
