A classic American Pale Ale with pale malt and a nice wheat backbone to give it a smooth, grainy, and slightly bready flavor profile. This flavor matches beautifully with the citrus, tangerine flavors/aromas of the Mandarina Bavaria and Citra hops. Don’t be fooled by its light body and pale color, for it will not fail to quench your thirst! People in Hawaii love to chat — so much so that they have a special term for it called talk story. Red Sand Ale
Style: Red Ale - Irish
ABV: 5.4%
IBUs: 26
# Ratings: 1,183
Score: 3.54
Our Irish Style Red Ale is a light-medium bodied ale with toasted malt flavor and aroma, and mild roasted character as a background note from the black malt addition. Hop character is reminiscent of earth, spice, and citrus from CTZ (Columbus, Tomahawk and Zeus) and Fuggle. We dry hopped this with CTZ & Fuggle again to put an island spin on this beautiful beer. This beer is named after the “pocket” Red Sand Beach in Maui. As Irish Red ales are not common to the islands of Hawaii, this is truly a “pocket” style in paradise.

Score: 3.61
2016 GABF Bronze Medal Winner. A German Style Pilsner that presents a slightly grainy, pilsner malt sweetness to the nose and mouth. Its crisp hop bitterness from Tettnang hops is accentuated by a moderate sulfate rich water profile, without the harshness of other water chemicals thanks to our RO filter and the beautiful MAUI water. This pale-yellow lager is conditioned for 6-8 weeks to give it a perfect flavor and aroma profile to compliment the beautiful island of Maui! Lokahi is the Hawaiian word for “in unity, harmony, and peace”.

The beer is bright, clean and sweet without being cloying. The warm, malty, spice finish is “Like a Friendly Hug”. Malt: 2 Row Hops: Cascade, Citra, Chinook and Mosaic Yeast: Belgian Ale Yeast

HI 5 Belgian IPA
Style: IPA - Belgian
ABV: 5.9%
IBUs: 64
# Ratings: 147
Score: 3.69
The HI5 Belgian IPA is a unique blend of traditional Belgian flavors, and American Hops. The aroma is a mix of banana, bitter orange, and clove. While still a very hop forward beer, HI5 has a hoppiness that is more reminiscent of an English IPA, but with bold American Hop flavor. Bartlett Pear, Grapefruit, Tropical Fruit, Bananas, and Spicy Belgian Phenolics dominate the flavor. In the background is a light graham cracker note imparted by the malt to round everything off without adding any unnecessary sweetness. A light body, and high carbonation make this IPA shine bright, and make for a beer that is more sessionable than the 5.9% ABV would have you to believe.

his easy-drinking beer is one of a kind. A light-bodied twist on a now classic craft style. The traditional coriander and orange peel were toned down to allow the unique Jarrylo hops to shine through a bit more. This allows for a complex sweet, fruitiness on the nose and flavor of the beer, with the dark wheat providing a smooth, roasty finish.
