Hanabada Daze or Hana Butta Days, an Oktoberfest style is a blend of European Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts. Mr. Ukulele is a lighter, hoppier version of our Sweet Home Lahaina Tripel. The fermentation temperature allows the yeast to showcase true Belgian flavors and aromas of fruit and spice which mesh beautifully with the pear and banana aromas from the dry-hopped Jarrylo hops. Ukuleles originated in the 19th century as a Hawaiian adaptation of the Portuguese machete, a small guitar-like instrument, which was introduced to Hawaii by Portuguese immigrants. This beer is dedicated to all those who picked up an Ukulele and fell in love with the instrument.
