DaySpring is a traditional interpretation of a grisette. Dry, grassy, herbal, and slightly fruity this beer represents our vision of historical brewing from Belgium. We use organic raw wheat from the small DaySpring Farms located near our brewery. Not only is this beer a flagship of our specialty program, but also a foundational piece of our local agriculture initiative. At 5.3% it is supremely drinkable, so come grab a pint or a bottle soon and have a #TasteoftheSouth.
