New from our kitchen, Chef Charis has whipped up a new dish in preparation for spring! Burrata On Toast showcases fresh, creamy burrata cheese from California cheese maker Di Stefano. Spread atop 2 slices of multigrain toast from Morell’s Bread and topped with asparagus, green garlic, pistachio pesto, cured egg yolk, and a drizzle of agrumato, this dish is a balance of crunchy toast and soft cream, with flavors of fresh and bright veggies. Yum!
