Tomorrow (Friday, March 16th), at 12noon, we'll be releasing bottles of Deadfall, Brumalia, and Marionberry Table.
DEADFALL is a Stock Ale brewed and aged in the tradition of English and American Barleywines. It was brewed with floor-malted Maris Otter, Munich, and a blend of Crystal malts, and hopped with Amarillo and Centennial. After primary fermentation with our house ale strain, Deadfall was then aged for 12 months in Westland Distillery barrels which had previously held Kentucky Bourbon.
$18/500ml, 2 bottle limit per person
BRUMALIA is a blonde wheat ale that was fermented with a house mixed culture in oak barrels, where it continued to age for over a year. It was then transferred into oak puncheons on top of massive amounts of Saturn Peaches from our good friends at Hollingbery & Son. After secondary fermentation on peaches, it aged for a number of months in oak before blending and bottling. Refermented in the bottle with Brettanomyces.

MARIONBERRY TABLE is a wheat table beer fermented and aged one year in oak with a house captured wild culture. The base beer was then transferred into Cognac puncheons on top of a large amount of Marionberries from Decker Farms, where it continued to age for a number of months. Refermented in the bottle with Brettanomyces.
$17/750ml, 2 bottle limit per person.
Kegs of 2017 Deadfall, 2018 Deadfall, and Brumalia will be on tap when we open at noon on Friday. There are NO KEGS of Marionberry Table. Bottle sales will be available at 12noon through the alley (WEST) entrance of the brewery. Please NO DRINKING in line or anywhere outside of our building and please no line cutting. We also ask that everyone be mindful of any "No Parking" signs in neighboring lots as your vehicles can be towed if parked in clearly marked spaces.
