Today we're tapping STRANGE FURY, a new IPA brewed with Pilsner and Two Row malts, along with a generous portion of malted spelt and flaked wheat. It was hopped late in the kettle with Centennial, Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic, and later dry-hopped with large amounts of Mosaic Cryo, Citra, and Amarillo. Available on tap and in crowlers to-go today when we open at 3pm.

Today at 3pm, we're tapping the 2019 batch of DONNYLLAMA DOPPELSTICKE, a bourbon barrel aged Strong German Altbier brewed in collaboration with our good friends E9 Brewing Co. Donnyllama was brewed with Pilsner, Munich, and a blend of dark specialty malts. It was hopped with Hallertau and Tettnang, and underwent an extended cool fermentation with Kölsch yeast. After lagering, it was transferred into bourbon barrels, where it continued to age for 2 months.

Travel back with us to a time when Dad Beers ruled the land... Today we're introducing STREET KING, our riff on a classic American Brown Ale. Hoppier, stronger, and roastier than it's traditional British counterparts, Street King was brewed with a base blend of Two Row and Maris Otter, along with a large amount of specialty roasted and crystal malts. It was hopped with Magnum, Cascade, and Amarillo, and fermented with one of our favorite yeast strains. On tap today when we open at 3pm. #dadtesteddadapproved

Today we're tapping TOWARD CITIES, a new American Pale Ale. Toward Cities was brewed with Pale, Pilsner, Oat and Spelt malts. It was hopped heavily with Comet, Idaho 7 and Enigma in the kettle and whole leaf Citra and Simcoe in our Hop Back. After going through fermentation with a blend of British yeast strains, it was then heavily dry-hopped with Comet and Idaho 7. Available today on tap and in crowlers to-go.

The Goat is our rustic brett saison, brewed with barley, rye, oats, and wheat, and heavily hopped with European hops. This batch was fermented in our foudre with two saison strains and brett, then allowed to age for three months. The Goat was refermented in the bottle with brett, and has been conditioning for four months. Although we plan to brew The Goat again, there will never be a batch like this, and we don’t have immediate plans to ferment another batch in the foudre or to age it for so long before release. This batch has white wine notes from the brett, opening up with pear, mint, and oak. Bone dry and 4.9% ABV, this beer is wonderfully effervescent, perfect for summer drinking. Many thanks to our friend Brian Steely for the illustration and to our friend Jordan Butcher for additional label design.
