New York, NY 10001
Radiant Pig Craft Beers began as a pipe dream for a couple of homebrewers in a small Manhattan apartment. After years of perfecting recipes, countless hours of researching (drinking beer) and a ton of trips to Brooklyn fetching ingredients, we finally got our very own brewing business off the ground. In February 2013, we brewed our first commerical batch of our flagship beer, Junior.

An old school American beer style gets a new school twist. This pale ale is hazy, juicy, and bursting with hop goodness. It's crushable. It's bold without being abrasive. It's our kind of party. It's a TV Party.

This is the biggest, juiciest IPA we’ve ever made. This unfiltered gem has a slight haze with huge tropical and citrus flavors, but is surprisingly smooth for such an aggressive amount of American and Aussie hops. As East Coast IPAs continue to evolve we added our own take, to make sure the party just don't stop.
Junior IPA

If an IPA and a Pale Ale had a baby Junior would be it. Junior inherits the best qualities of both parents. A heady dose of hops provide an eclectic mix of citrus, tropical and floral aromas, backed by a solid malt backbone. Making for a beer that's freakishly hoppy, yet not too bitter.
Gangster Duck
Style: Red Ale - American Amber / Red
ABV: 6.2%

Score: 3.58
An American Red Ale influenced by multiple beer styles. Intense citrus and stone fruits dominate the nose (or beak if we're staying with the duck theme), yet the bitterness from the hops is balanced by Belgian and American crystal malts. It smells like an IPA exploding with fancy American hops but has a smooth, malty-but-not-too-malty finish. Gangster Duck is named after the 1983 art/hip hop classic "Beat Bop". The collaboration featured New York artists Jean-Michel Basquiat (the Radiant Child), Rammellzee and K-Rob. When asked to describe his nasal, abstract rhyme style Rammellzee called it "The Gangster Duck". Making the name a homage to creating your own style.

Our rotating IPA series that focuses on a single hop at a time. First up Mosaic, we went all in with loads of these juicy, floral hops. Because if you want to male a great IPA there ain't no half steppin.

Not to get all beer geek on you but hops are pretty friggin’ cool. Which is why we made a series of IPAs that focus on one hop at a time. For this batch we went all in with nearly 4lbs per barrel of juicy El Dorado hops. It features notes of citrus, and tropical fruit with a sweet candy-like finish. A balanced bitterness makes for a full-flavored IPA that drinks easy.
