Game of Thrones: Winter Is Here
Style: Witbier
ABV: 8.3%
# Ratings: 1
Score: 5.00
Winter Is Here is a Belgian-style double white ale. Fittingly for a double white (walker) ale, the label is graced by the ominous visage of the Night King, who is expected to arrive as forcefully in Season 7 as this beer's 8.3% ABV will arrive in your stomach. Winter is Here is brewed with pilsner malt, white wheat malt, and soft red wheat flakes, hopped with Saaz hops, and spiced with white pepper, sea salt, coriander and sweet orange peel. Brewery Ommegang’s house yeast is used in primary and secondary fermentation. This double white ale pours a hazy pale straw color with a stark white head. Aromas of banana, clove, and pronounced peppery phenols lead, and the flavor is slightly sweet malt, subtly balanced by hints of sea salt. Despite a full mouthfeel and healthy ABV, it still manages to drink quite lightly. The finish gradually builds in a warming crescendo of peppery spice.
Smoked Porter
Style: Porter - Other
ABV: 7.6%
# Ratings: 1
Score: 0.00
Is there a connection between Belgian-style brewing and porter, a traditional British-style beer? We think the aroma and flavor notes of chocolate malt along with caramelized sugar are reminiscent of many things Belgian and of all things good. Other qualities we brought to this fine beer include smoked malt, a touch of Saaz hops, a deep Brown Hue and a creamy tan head, a medium body with a well-rounded finish with lingering impressions of smoke and caramel.
Bigger And Bretter

Amber Ale. Ale with Spices: Sweet Orange Peel, Grains of Paradise, Coriander. Mellow, fruity, spicy. Everyday we race towards something. This should be one of them. Rare Vos was made to reward your victories. Rare Vos Amber Ale is styled after smooth, drinkable beers popular in Belgian cafés. It's named after a café just outside of Brussels, De Rare Vos, or "The Sly Fox." Pours a bright coper-amber hue, with a big, creamy white head. Enjoy as a session beer or with mussels, fries, and other pub foods. Part of the Duvel family of fine Belgian ales.

Score: 3.75
Valar Morghulis possesses a deep chestnut brown color with a persistent and creamy tan head. Rich aromas of caramel, toffee, ripe fruits and burnt sugar, with a hint of cloves. The taste is delicately balanced with rich malty sweetness, caramel and just enough bitterness to balance out its malty backbone. A surprisingly dry finish is light on the tongue, which belies the initial aroma.

The hue is deep, dark red with a persistent, creamy, off-white head. Aromas include ripe fruit, raisins, slight spice and malt, with a slight floral, spicy hop character. Game of Thrones - Seven Kingdoms

Seven Kingdoms pours a hazy pale yellow with a thick cap of pure white foam. The aroma is floral and citrusy with a touch of passion fruit and a slightly herbal hop aroma underpinned with yeast notes of banana, ripe fruit, and spicy phenols. The taste is a full, round hop flavor with tart orange and lemon with a substantial wheat maltiness and the finish has slightly lingering hop notes without being harshly bitter. The mouthfeel is smooth and silken owing to the wheat and oats. The brew is hopped with Bravo, Centennial, Citra, Cascade, and Columbus, and brewed with pilsner, white and red wheat, oats, and a touch of sugar to lighten the body. Ommegang’s unique house yeast is used in both primary fermentation and bottling conditioning.

Scythe & Sickle
Style: Bière de Garde
ABV: 5.8%
# Ratings: 25,713
Score: 3.65
Scythe and Sickle is Ommegang’s foray into honoring the harvest season. Using barley, oats, wheat, and rye, we’ve brought the mood of fall to life with vibrant and flavorful passion. Farming is about precision, timing and care. At Ommegang we place the same emphasis a farmer has for his crops into the creation of our beers. Scythe and Sickle is a testament to the craft and care of farming, from which our farmstead-brewed beers benefit greatly. Brewed with balance in mind, Scythe & Sickle reveals a smooth and creamy mouthfeel with light toastiness and gentle sweetness. Bright amber in color from the mixed malts, the beer is balanced with delicate hopping to counter rather than overpower the malt profile.
Glimmerglass
Style: Saison / Farmhouse Ale
ABV: 5.4%
# Ratings: 23,768
Score: 3.68
Glimmerglass - the name given to our lake by James Fenimore Cooper - us a beautiful body. Nestled between gentle mountains, it reflects any object held up to it, just as it reflects our joy at the arrival of each spring. To help celebrate, our new spring saison offers a perfect balance if maltiness and hops, with a touch of yeasty fruitiness and a whiff of pepper.
Game of Thrones - Valar Dohaeris
Style: Belgian Tripel
ABV: 9.0%
# Ratings: 20,888
Score: 3.92
Valar Dohaeris is brewed with pils, wheat and oats, flaked barley, and hopped with noble hops. It pours a beautiful copper-tinted hue with a full, fluffy white head. Sweet grain and honey are prevalent in the aroma. The flavor opens with a bright sweetness thanks to the Belgian candi sugar used in brewing. The finish is moderately dry and effervescent with just a hint of Belgian yeast character.
Lovely, Dark And Deep (Winter Ale)
Style: Stout - Oatmeal
ABV: 5.3%
# Ratings: 19,973
Score: 3.68

Adoration
Style: Belgian Strong Dark Ale
ABV: 10.0%
# Ratings: 17,573
Score: 3.83
Brewed in the authentic style of Belgian winter, or noel beer, is dark, strong, malty and assertively spiced. It is not a lightweight beer, and is best sipped before a roaring fire, or on a sleigh ride over the hills to Grandma’s house. (Let someone else drive.) It would also be a tasty accompaniment to dark roasts and wild game.  Even with its strong ABV, this beer is well-balanced and not at all hot or fiery. The dark malts give it lush, malty flavors and aromas, strongly complemented by the five spices, including coriander, cumin, mace, cardamom and grains of paradise. Hopping is modest, as befits such a beer.
Game of Thrones - Bend the Knee
Style: Belgian Strong Golden Ale
ABV: 9.0%
IBUs: 90
# Ratings: 16,386
Score: 3.77
Bend the Knee is brewed with pils malt and flaked oats and hopped with Saaz, Bravo, and Styrian Golding hops. It pours a golden hue with a large, frothy head. Both the aroma and flavor mix maltiness and citrus from the hops, while Ommegang’s signature house yeast produces prominent fruitiness. Wildflower honey added during fermentation provides light sweetness to the beer, which finishes dry and with firm hop bitterness. Fit for any feast table, Bend the Knee’s clean and balanced flavor and effervescent carbonation make it a fine pairing for a variety of foods including seafood and shellfish, roasted or grilled chicken, grilled steaks, and aged Swiss-style cheeses.
Great Beyond
Style: IPA - Imperial / Double
ABV: 8.8%
IBUs: 83
# Ratings: 15,835
Score: 3.85
Great Beyond pours a hazy light copper color with a thick white head. The aroma is intensely fruity thanks to massive hop editions; notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot dominate the nose, with underlying hints of sweet citrus. The flavor is full of juicy, fruity hop character with resinous pine undertones. The body is pleasantly full with a silky mouthfeel and big balanced bitterness. The finish lingers, finally resolving to a pleasant hop presence. Great Beyond is 8.8% ABV and 83 IBUs, a true palate-wrecker. Brewed with pilsner and Munich 20 malts, along with additions of flaked oats, and dextrose, Great Beyond has a beautifully smooth mouthfeel. Hopping is done throughout the brewing process with a blend of Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, Mosaic, Calypso, and Mandarina Bavaria hops, and the beer is fermented with American ale yeast.
Chocolate Indulgence
Style: Stout - Other
ABV: 7.0%
# Ratings: 15,125
Score: 3.69
On October 13, 2007, at our Brewery Tenth Anniversary Party (Waffles and Puppets) we introduced Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence Stout to the world. Chocolate Indulgence comes with a thick tan head of foam resting on top of the rich onyx-colored liquid. The aroma immediately speaks of dark chocolate and dark malts. The gentle herbal nose of Perle hops compliments the darker notes, making the beer savory to the senses. The taste continues with the intense Belgian dark chocolate gliding across the tongue; starting sweet up front but giving way to rich cocoa flavors at the back. Through it all, a subtle fruitiness from our special Belgian yeast gives the beer brightness otherwise foreign to a beer style normally associated with gray foggy skies.
Grains of Truth
Style: Pale Ale - Belgian
ABV: 5.8%
IBUs: 20
# Ratings: 14,566
Score: 3.71
