||Pale Ale - American
Brewed only during the peak of hop season, this year we made two batches of Elemental Ale, using over 3,000 pounds of freshly picked, “wet” Sterling hops from Goschie Farms in Silverton, Oregon. The mash tun was also used as a hop back, holding 1,400 pounds of hops! Left unfiltered to showcase as much of the hop character as possible, this beer features an emphatically floral, spicy, grassy aroma with a firm malt background and an assertive, snappy hop finish. Produced using one malt, one hop variety, one yeast and pure coastal water, this is truly an elemental beer!
