As we continue to push the outer boundaries of stylistic freedom, our brew team continue to swing the sword with our own version of a Japanese Emperor’s Stout. Hand picking 10 specialty malts, the finest flaked oats, golden wheat, and Japanese rice give the body of this beer a silky, smooth, and clean mouth feel. To age this rare beer down, they found a cache of barrels from a small batch, award winning bourbon distillery out of Washington. These heavy toasted rare American bourbon barrels impart hints of light vanilla, coconut, and fresh oak. The dark bourbon notes add warm caramel, ripe tobacco and a soothing boozy finish to this velvety Stout.

Kingdom Of Tonga Vanilla Porter
Style: Porter - Other
ABV: 6.5%
IBUs: 22
# Ratings: 5,483
Score: 3.90
The vanilla beans used in this beer come from... you guessed it: The Kingdom of Tonga. Tonga has over 170 islands and is located in the South Pacific. The taste profile is much different than our former Vanilla Porter. Those beans were sweeter; whereas the profile of these beans consists more of fig and raisin . Chocolate and coffee notes (with a subtle caramel touch) set this beer off while the vanilla beans lead into a delightfully dry finish. ABV 7% IBU's 22

The Roman Empire’s lust for global dominance and power was only matched by their love of wine, which led to their mastery of the oak barrel. With this in mind we brewed a hybrid Imperial Red Ale fermented with Cabernet Sauvignon grape juice and then aged in California Merlot oak wine barrels. This Roman Imperial Red Ale will excite your baser passions with a deep Imperial red color and purple highlights. Oak, malt and grapes blend together making it hard to tell where one flavor begins and another ends. We all have our vices and we hope you enjoy this one.

Damsel In Distress
Style: Roggenbier
ABV: 10.0%
# Ratings: 3,058
Score: 3.82
Out of all the breweries, in all of the towns and in all the world... she walks into mine. She was mysterious and exotic with hints of European lineage including rich, regal malty backbone, complex mild caramel and toasted bread notes. Fruity esters on the nose hinted of playfulness in fermentation among the multiple yeast strains being used. Teases of coconut and spicy Jamaican rum from the time spent barrel aging told me she had a dark mischievous side. She was trouble and I knew it, but she was playing the Damsel and I’m a sucker for playing the hero. So I fell for it; hook, line and sinker....

Blonde Porter
Style: Porter - Other
ABV: 5.8%
IBUs: 25
# Ratings: 2,555
Score: 3.81
We wanted to deconstruct the flavor profile of a porter and recreate those flavors without using the traditional roasted malts to create a new take on a classic style creating a light blonde colored, full flavored beer. We used oats and wheat to build a full creamy body aged with coffee and chocolate for a rich roasted aroma and robust finish.
