BEER LIST
Vanilla Java Porter
Style: Porter - English
ABV: 5.0%
IBUs: 13
# Ratings: 87,188
Score: 3.83
Coffee notes? Check. Porter notes? Check. A coffee beer that any brewer could make? Better check again. This is VJP – an easygoing dark beer with the makings of both a sweet-vanilla coffee house java and a smoky English style porter. Despite its looking every bit as black as a regular dark roast Joe, it goes down like it’s frothy with cream and sugar. Sip and ‘ahhh.’
Dirty Blonde
Style: Pale Wheat Ale - American
ABV: 4.5%
IBUs: 8
# Ratings: 40,153
Score: 3.50
From mild to wild this one’s the perfect companion for whatever you’re up for. Crisp wheat smoothness gives way to a touch of coriander snap and a kiss of sweet orange peel perk that lingers on your lips. With a beautiful cloudy golden hue and ample head this one makes you love her more with every pour.
Decadent Dark Chocolate Ale
Style: Dark Ale
ABV: 5.0%
IBUs: 11
# Ratings: 39,292
Score: 3.84
So much decadent dark love in a bottle, you’d think it was straight from the chocolate factory. Crack one open and prepare your senses for a bold aroma mixed with a scintilla of roasted nuttiness. Smooth and creamy but never too sweet on the tongue, this one is a palate pleaser brewed to bring on the inner chocoholic in all of us. Choc one up for the good guys.
Voodoo Vator Doppelbock
Style: Bock - Doppelbock
ABV: 8.0%
IBUs: 25
# Ratings: 11,697
Score: 3.59
VooDoo Vator Doppelbock tempers the sweetness of caramel malt with the crisp, more nutty flavor of Munich malt. Despite the depth of color, burnt flavors are not present. Traditional extended lagering makes the VooDoo Vator deceptively smooth though high in alcohol. Be warned.
Grand Circus IPA
Style: IPA - Session / India Session Ale
ABV: 4.5%
IBUs: 60
# Ratings: 10,195
Score: 3.08
Our “session” IPA that is meant to the IPA drinker who wants all that hop flavor but not all the alcohol. We use Centenial and Herkules hops in this brew and even more for dry-hopping. Works perfect with a day in a park.
Traverse City Cherry Wheat
Style: Fruit Beer
ABV: 5.0%
IBUs: 13
# Ratings: 9,459
Score: 3.29
TC is the cherry capital of the world and now Montmorency Cherries from this colorful town in Michigan’s “Up North” have made their way into a wheat beer for the ages. This brew is an amber wheat that uses cherry to add a slight tart finish not meant to overwhelm the brew itself.
Lebkuchen Christmas Ale
Style: Winter Ale
ABV: 6.1%

Spiced subtly with locally produced ginger and almond flavorings to enhance the cookie-like impression of the beer. "German holiday treat similar to gingerbread"

Street Artist N.E. IPA

You see a N.E. Style IPA, we see a careful combination of Citra hops with tropical citrus notes, and a beautifully balanced grape flavor from the Hallertau Blanc hop. You see a cloudy golden hue, we see the difference not over-filtering can make. Creator or drinker there’s at least one thing we can agree on-seeing this thing in a frosty glass is one heck of a pretty picture.

Atwater’s HopApeel is a frontal assault on the American IPA style that features not only the classic American Cascade and Chinook hops, but two of the new “Super Cascade” varieties in both the kettle and in the dry hop. Dried and ground orange peel is added to the whirlpool to deliver a citric bittering that sets HopApeel apart from the masses.

Lip Lock Cherry Stout
Style: Stout - Other
ABV: 6.0%
IBUs: 16
# Ratings: 13,001
Score: 3.31
It’s not until the roasty, malty profile subsides that you’ll realize this seemingly light bodied brew carries some serious bite. Tart Michigan cherry flavors come in as the stout base goes down – the bitter lingering on the lips until the bottle comes back. The two distinct sides of this American stout are most attractive to the drinkers who like their brews with a strong personality, one that’s almost too good for its own good.
Bloktoberfest
Style: Märzen
ABV: 6.1%
IBUs: 32
# Ratings: 9,372
Score: 3.37
Absolutely traditional in design and execution, Atwater’s Bloktoberfest exhibits bready, nut-like characters with a clean, light sweetness brought to heel by a crisp hop finish. Bavarian in its ancestry, German Style Marzens were brewed only from the end of September through April. They were then stored cold and the remainder served at Oktoberfest to celebrate the harvest and the beginning of the brewing season. The style exhibits clean, bready, toasty notes with the increased alcohol and hop bitterness required for stability during aging.
Going Steady IPA

# Ratings: 8,835
Score: 3.35
This citrusy session’s got enough Cascade hop and grapefruit flavor to go around, with just enough of the good stuff to make whatever it is you like doing a little bit better. Full bodied flavor that rocks any situation while keeping you rock steady.

If you’re into ryes and IPAs, we’ve got a train going your way. This best of both worlds brew mixes the spice of a rye and the mild hop bite of an IPA into one almost too-good-to be-true liquid. Expect hints of toffee and dark chocolate in the first leg, and evergreen and citrus flavors for a snap in the final stretch.
