Flying Buffalo Mole
This imperial stout was artfully aged for 9 months in bourbon barrels with coffee beans from our friends at Modern Times Coffee. The coffee they selected is Colombia Silva, a direct trade coffee from Maya Cafeina of Accresco Imports. Grown at an altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level in Colombia’s Antioquia Region. Upon awakening from it‘s caffeinated slumber, we add Master Brewer Dan Rogers’ secret mole recipe blend of rich Mexican chocolate, spices, and chili padi hot peppers. Rica y picante.
