We'll also be releasing a very special beer on 6/21 that we brewed last year with @mikkellerbaghaven. Using yeast from The Sour Scientist, this beer fermented in freshly emptied Chardonnay barrels and then aged on Missouri raspberries and blackberries. Limits TDB, $10/btl, on sale at 4pm. And finally, we're holding out annual beer festival this Saturday, June 22nd. Tickets are still available in our bio. We have over 70 breweries bringing some amazing beer (list coming soon) along with non-alcoholic beverages as well.

Hi All. First and foremost, this is Libby Crider posting - would like that to be 100% transparent. Also, I have the permission of the said co-worker to post this - so here it goes Love or hate our beer - you are entitled to you opinion. If we deliver bad service, bad beer or anything else that falls into our realm of responsibility, I will 100% take ownership of it and try to do right/better. That being said - fuck you Lemon Bunny. Do NOT bring a personal infatuation with one of my coworkers into your public opinion of my brewery. You’ve made them uncomfortable, you’ve made us uncomfortable. Their personal life is absolutely none of your business and their physical appearance is NOT FUCKING OKAY TO COMMENT ON. Also, I’m sorry you were unimpressed by the 5 beers you had, Mr Miller. If any of you all know this man - please encourage him to leave less stalkerish reviews and know that yes, we remember you and I will ask you to leave if you EVER return to our brewery

BEER LIST
Katy
Style: Saison / Farmhouse Ale
ABV: 5.4%
IBUs: 14
# Ratings: 9,389
Score: 3.84
Don't know what to call it besides a Brett Beer. This one gets aged for three months in oak barrels with Brettanomyces Lambicus, a cool yeast that gives this beer a wonderfully pretty aroma and flavor that everyone better like or else I'll look you up and teach you a lesson.
Little Big Hop
Style: IPA - Session / India Session Ale
ABV: 4.9%
IBUs: 8
# Ratings: 7,395
Score: 3.86
Some people would call this a session IPA but they would be wrong because that makes no sense. It's a low alcohol double IPA or maybe an imperial table beer or an American lager that uses ale yeast and 10 times the hops as normal. This beer is as cloudy and hazy as the River Des Peres. Hops used: Magnum, Cascade, Zythos, Simcoe, Columbus.
Hibiscus Wit
Style: Witbier
ABV: 5.2%
IBUs: 24
# Ratings: 5,842
Score: 3.60
Here's what I've been goofin' around with for a while. I love Belgian wits on hot summer days (or freezin' your butt off days). Anyway I took a witbier and threw in a bunch of hibiscus flowers to make it even better.
Technical Ecstasy
Style: Pilsner - Czech
ABV: 5.4%
IBUs: 33
# Ratings: 3,332
Score: 3.62
Brewed with Bohemian Pils malt and Saaz hops Technical Ecstasy pours a stunning hazy straw color with an enormous dense white head, the hallmark of a fresh Pilsner. The hops’ floral, slightly spicy aroma immediately lures you in. The medium-bodied mouth feel produces a soft, crackery maltiness immediately followed by spicy, slightly grassy notes. Blah blah, drink it.
Albino Pygmy Puma
Style: Pale Ale - New England
ABV: 6.0%
IBUs: 32
# Ratings: 2,844
Score: 3.73
APP is a hoppy pale ale, I reckon, with Cascade, Centennial and a touch of Summit hops in it. Prolly the best pale ale in the history of mankind.
Mládek

La Collina
Style: Saison / Farmhouse Ale
ABV: 5.9%
# Ratings: 1
Score: 4.75
This Belgian inspired beer is super dry & crisp, with lovely lemon & white pepper hints. Named after the historic neighborhood we’re fortunate to call home - The Hill and aged in a Foeder Crafters foeder.
Two Trains
Style: IPA - Imperial / Double
ABV: 9.3%
# Ratings: 1
Score: 4.50
Brewed with Falconers Flight, this beer has a sticky body to match with the floral, citrusy hops.
Sunny Cat
Style: Pale Ale - New England
ABV: 6.0%
# Ratings: 1
Score: 4.50
Brewed in honor and in memory of our sweet Sunshine. May this bright beer bring it's imbiber as much joy as our sweet kitty brought us. New England style pale ale brewed with oats, lactose, Amarillo & Citra hops, and dried tangerine peel.

ABV: 7.7%
IBUs: 67
# Ratings: 12,418
Score: 3.88
Art of Neurosis is an IPA that has everything you could want in one, if what you want is a hop sandwich. It's a 7.7% Simcoe and Columbus delight.
Cat Spit Stout
Style: Stout - Oatmeal
ABV: 7.0%
IBUs: 30

IBUs: 119
# Ratings: 4,576
Score: 3.96
Brew Cocky is an IPA that is brewed with lots and lots of Falconers Flight hops that we use in an over-the-top manner that can only reflect the biggest of personality that is Steve Crider. This beer is a testament to our brewing acumen, if you’re going to brew, brew cocky.
El Gato Grande
Style: IPA - Imperial / Double
ABV: 7.6%
IBUs: 62
# Ratings: 3,808
Score: 3.91
El Gato Grande is another IPA that we came up with. All you need to know is over 3 lbs. per barrel of Columbus, Amarillo and Citra.
Brewligans
Style: IPA - New England
ABV: 6.5%
IBUs: 23
# Ratings: 3,711
Score: 3.75
A wonder to behold, with all the hop flavors and aromas and coming in at 6.5% abv. This East Coast-style IPA looks gross (Crider's words) but pops with citrus and tropical fruits in both the flavor and the aroma. Low bitterness makes this accessible and utterly drinkable. Brewligans is a collaboration beer made for the St. Louligans, the official fan club of the St. Louis Football Club (STLFC).
Sub-Mission IPA
Style: IPA - American
ABV: 6.0%
IBUs: 67
# Ratings: 3,272

The guys at Mission Taco Joint in St Louis asked me to make a beer to compliment their effen awesome food. After 13 years of R&D, I designed and did not patent a beerification process that makes enjoying west coast tacos 36% more better than any other brewery. Brewed with Zythos, Cascade & Columbus hops

Unicorns are mythical creatures that once defined beauty and grace. Our unicorn is ready to extract revenge for its fallen brothers. This saison will start spicy and fruity, but over time may take on a more funky life.
