The official beer of the St. Patrick's Day Parade Society and brewed to commemorate its 40th anniversary. This is the classic pub stout you know and love with a twist; 100 lbs of organic mashed potatoes were added during the brew to increase the dryness and slightly boost the alcohol. Roasty, with hints of dark chocolate, nuttiness and rich creamy mouthfeel. Slainte!

Belgian strong ale with hibiscus. Cranberry tartness on the nose with a slight heat from the elevated alcohol content and higher fermentation temperatures. Munich malt and Belgian esters meld nicely with the dryness of intriguing brew.

Just an honest-to-goodness crushable beer. Bridge Beer is our take on light beer, with just a bit more panache. It doesn't demand hours of contemplation but you just might contemplate drinking it for hours.

Our summer IPA is an ode to the half human, half bicycle creatures that pedal the Iowa plains during these agreeable months. A huge Centennial dry-hop leaves a great citrus flavor and aroma with just a bit of pleasant pine character.
Živá Voda
Style: Pilsner - Czech
ABV: 4.7%
# Ratings: 873
Score: 3.51
Živá Voda is named for the "living water" of Czech fairy tales that heals infirmities and counteracts spells. Brewed with floor-malted Bohemian barley and wheat which add subtle richness and accents of clover honey. The addition of Saaz hops throughout the run-off and long boil give this beer the distinctive earthiness and spice associated with authentic Pilsners.

A fusion beer with German and Czech roots in the name as well as in the recipe ("robot" is a word with Czech origins). Brewed in honor of the 1st annual Czechtoberfest in Cedar Rapids. Munich and Dark Pilsener Malt provide the base while Melanoidin richness satisfies. A hearty and highly drinkable beer for the season.

Aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon and Rye Barrels, our take on a historic style of high alcohol Mild Ales. While it seems like a contradiction in terms, the XXXX Mild was a beer that existed in 1830 England before taxes dragged down alcohol levels in beer. Our XXXX is an homage to our world-class Compensation Mild and barrel-aged to make it just right.
