About 100 million years ago Kansas was covered in a shallow inland sea, and we figured that was close enough to the ocean to brew an Oyster Stout. Rich, roasty, and malty with hints of chocolate, rye and a slight minerality. Brewed with fresh oyster shells from our friends at Mass Street Fish House and Raw Bar. *Brewed with shellfish.
