Brewed with wildflower honey produced by Nevada County (Italian-style) Bees. 530 Blonde has a medium body and light floral hop notes artfully blended with a taste of honey. Thank you to A to Z Supply, our community go-to plumbing supply store who has 4 full time beekeepers bn staff. After buying parts to help build our brewery, we discovered the honey made and sold by A to Z Supply and we knew right then and there we had to brew beer with it.

Patterned after a Belgian farmhouse ale, our Hibiscus Saison is violet in color from the hibiscus infused during the brewing process. It is refreshing and slightly tart with a hint of phenol character derived from the traditional Saison yeast used in the fermentation process.
