NEIPA hop bursted and double dry-hopped exclusively with Amarillo hops. Brewed with oats and wheat for haze, adjusted water for a soft mouthfeel, and fermented with Saccaromyces Bruxanellis Trois. This juicy IPA blends our passion for alternative yeasts with our love of hoppy beers. When fermented at lower temperatures “Sacc Trois” is known for producing fruity esters which pair really well with juicy hops. Expect flavors of mango, melon rind, pink bubble gum, and red licorice.
